I'd assume so...? The only reason I'd think otherwise is because of Moya Brennan's passing, but they could also just as likely hold a tribute to her.
God, now I'm crying all over again. April was a hard month.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure the Forum overall is rather popular in the Irish music world. It's a way for upcoming Irish folk artists to showcase their talents in a world where art is getting less and less profitable. And they got the queen of Irish music herself, Moya Brennan, to perform there. So unless something happens to Eabha (on computer so can't type the fadas), I think it should still be on.
When has it been announced previously? That could help put this year into perspective.
