it says this:
Group member Mairéad Carlin says they collaborating with a new musical director, Brian Byrne, for the tour.
“He’s working away on lots of beautiful new arrangements for us, breathing new life into songs that people will know, like ‘Danny Boy,’ ‘You Raise Me Up,’ but also composing some new stuff people won’t have heard,” she says.
So that's not surprising. But is that temporary?
Why are they calling him new? Hasn’t Byrne been here since 2023? He directed the 20th Anniversary special! Is he just new because he’s now touring with them? It is odd that he didn’t before.
I’m excited to see what this “new stuff people haven’t heard before” is. I can’t wait to see new material on the horizon!!!!!!! A note to everyone who goes to the shows: DROP THE SETLISTS!!!!!
