So since the board has been relatively quiet, I thought I'd post a couple things.

Going back a number of years (and my first show was in 2007), the Meet & Greets were held after the show.  They were not quite as rushed and were a lot more informal.  Plus, they would sign various things for you.  So, I thought I would post a few of the things I got autographed.

The t-shirt is from 2009.  My daughter and I were in NYC and saw 2 shows at RCMH.  This was, I believe, a limited edition shirt only sold at 5 shows righ around St Patrick's Day.  This shirt was NOT signed at the RCMH show.  I ended up carrying it to other shows when I had a M&G.  Since they only had 2 girls at the M&G, and you didn't know who they were going to be, it took multiple shows to get all 5 autographs.  I went to 9 shows that year, with 4 M&Gs.

Yeah, meeting two of the ladies & taking your time is way better than meeting all of them for one minute. How much was the M&G back then?

Yes, it has been slow here, and with CW in general. During the downtime, I made a photobook on Shutterfly with pictures from concerts, and scans of random stuff I've gotten from the ladies. I'll try to use it as a scrapbook & autograph book too.

the only way you could get a M&G back then was to buy your tickets from the local PBS station.  For the first several years, you typically got the first two rows.  In 2009, I think I was paying $150 to $200, which included the concert and the M&G.  Some of the PBS stations had a small reception prior to the M&G, since the girls did change clothes.  Cookies, coffee, etc.

One of my favorite ones was in Tampa (which is where I live) in 2012.  Held at the local performing arts hall.  M&G was on the second floor lobby (and the bar was open!!).  We met Chloe and Mairead.  They are sitting behind a table signing stuff.  Since by this time I had meet both of them several times and had probably gone to 30 shows.  Anyway, I hung back to let others push their way up.  The way the line was set up, you got to Chloe first.  She signed something for the person in front of her, then looked up and saw me.  She got up, came around the table and gave me a hug!  Mairead did the same thing!  After we left one of the PBS ladies asked me what was that all about!
