Spreag is a debut album of vibrant percussion music steeped in the Irish tradition.

This remains a really tough time for artists, especially musicians, who don't get compensated nearly enough for the amount of time and effort it takes them to be so amazing. As Caitríona herself has pointed out, basic income for musicians in Ireland is a good start, but there's still a long way to go.

If supporting her and getting her awesome music wasn't incentive enough already, look carefully at the other artists on the album. You might spot a familiar name or two.
