There is new artwork for this. It says "A New Era" Spring Tour 2026.

That’s interesting…

It looks more like a concept to me…especially since that art looks more like a placeholder, given that it’s a bluewashed version of the 2025 White Christmas Symphony Tour promo. The article seems fairly vague as well. I wonder if it’s currently in development…

March isn’t all that far away, and it does seem like a short time to make an entirely new album, but Celtic Woman has made albums quickly before. And although I don’t know much about Brian Byrne, he seems to be ambitious…hopefully he can develop the band further (and develop their mixing skills!).

The latest concert listed has an updated write-up, possibly directly from CW. This seems more real now. I don't particularly like the title "New Era", mainly because it sounds like Ciara is taking over for Tara permanently. IDK.

...

GRAMMY®-nominated global music sensation Celtic Woman returns to North America and Canada in Spring 2026 with their all-new show, A New Era. Celebrating their rich musical and cultural heritage with a fresh and contemporary spirit, A New Era marks the beginning of a new chapter for the world-renowned ensemble.

This tour opens an exciting phase in the group’s celebrated 21-year journey, blending Celtic Woman’s signature sound with new arrangements and dynamic stage production. A New Era showcases the timeless traditions of Irish music and culture while reflecting the group’s continued evolution. Audiences can expect a captivating performance featuring new orchestrations, exquisite harmonies, and world-class musicianship brought to life by sopranos Mairéad Carlin, Muirgen O’Mahony, Sean-Nós singer Caitríona Sherlock, and fiddle player Ciara Ní Mhurchú, together with the Celtic Woman band and dancers.

It’s interesting what you say about “A New Era”. It makes me think that they’re going to make some sort of drastic change to their sound, which does scare me a bit.

I suppose they did mention that Ciara will be performing alongside them, so maybe she will end up being a permanent replacement for Tara… :-[

But there is the BIIRD April-May spring tour…unless Ciara leaves BIIRD, she’ll probably leave CW for that…maybe Tara will come in mid-tour? It’s happened before, like when Alex replaced Susan in the middle of the Homecoming tour.

Also, them mentioning “new arrangements” seems like they’ll be revamping old songs…I wonder which ones! It would be lovely to hear new versions of “The Voice” or “Siúil A Rún”.
