I found a photo of the new stage design on someone’s Instagram story just now.

They definitely seem to have stripped it back a lot compared to how the stage designs were on the PFI and AL tours. I wonder if that’s because PBS or some type of external source previously funded the more grand designs on previous tours?

Also strange to see only one drum kit rather than having the two on either side and the stairs in the middle!

So no percussionist?  And it looks like there are only 2 chairs for the band.  And that appears to be an electronic keyboard on the right side?

In all fairness, they could have just started setting it up.

I love the design of the theatre! I’ll have to go there sometime just to see the rest of the design.

I think it’s all we gonna have for this tour as I didn’t noticed any particular white marks or white signs on the floor when they were rehearsing in the studio in Ireland. As for the band members, I do think there’s just the percussionist spot that has been cut off.
There surely had less budget this year and maybe the goal this year is to make some savings in order to have a bigger production next year or even an incredible taping this summer.

Yeah, It really seems the budget was severely reduced this year. I am afraid there will be no dancers as well, at least I haven't seen them in rehearsals and no one mentioned them in promos...

The stage is giving 10th Anniversary, and Emerald Tour, meaning less stairs of course.

I have seen one girl and one man introduced as dancers for this tour by Muirgen. She posted a little video on her instagram about the last days of rehearsals in Ireland. They might be the backing singers as well or maybe we won’t have a choir at all. As the stage looks small I wouldn’t be surprised. But let’s see what this new era has in store!

I agree, at least it gives them more space to include more dance moves ;D. They might have been able to only use one truck maybe for the stage. Giving how we would be all impacted by the latest worldwide events regarding the price of oil, it might be a good news after all ;)
