Wow! Had not heard these versions before. So heavenly. Goosebumps and chills. Now this is making me want to do a rabbit hole search of the Celebration tour. I know so ittle of it.
It was an incredible tour, having Chloe and Mairead C together, loved Megan's hair style, May It Be in trio with these three was iconic, which makes me wonder if because of Mairead's departure could it be why they didn't record it, Muirgen is amazing as always but the way they did the Celebration version and how Megan's lines were instead of Chloe singing all the way through chills! Not that it would of been a guarantee but had this tour not stopped because of 2020, would there been more clips of them especially with Susan or the other solo song's like the one Mairead had. We do have one clip of Megan singing "I see Fire."

Éabha returning would also make up a lineup with multiple altos/contraltos, which CW has never had. Caitríona might be counted as a mezzo-soprano in classical format, but UCD Choral Scholars lists her as an alto (mezzo-sopranos don’t exist in choir). The only issue is that Éabha and Caitríona are similar in voice and the repertoire of songs they sing, so with that and Éabha’s flourishing solo career, I really don’t think she’d return.
Which yes there has a been a time of multiple soprano's but hence yes they would be so similar.

It also begs the question of how may they may rearrange the vocalists. Muirgen started off taking over for Mairead on the high soprano notes. Catriona also seems like she's more of a mezzo soprano or high alto from what I've heard of her singing. So, depending on who they ultimately get to join, some of the vocals may be different.
One of the common known gem of Celtic Woman evolution. It also begs the question of how may they may rearrange the vocalists. Muirgen started off taking over for Mairead on the high soprano notes. I hope they keep Muirgen where she is now…I’m not fond of most of the vocal direction from Postcards From Ireland (sorry, Wilderness151), but Muirgen’s voice was especially done a disservice in my opinion. She really shines in her position now. But it’s not like the music industry is in shortage of high sopranos.
I will just say that she kept her spot on Wild Mountain Thyme and Dawning of The Day. Now those two song's were brand new song's and she shines on those, I love when Mairead glances looking at her <3. It would be history if she were to be moved to middle voice as she would have participated in three different roles in her tenure with Celtic Woman. OH Wait! SHE DID with the lineup Mairead C and Lisa Lambe!!! For whom brought up the idea of Eabha returning, can you imagine the group sound of Eabha, Caitriona, and Muirgen! :O!!!!! what would be the dream is have any of former member's just pop in to record something every once in a while with the group.

I kind of like what you said earlier about Emma potentially rejoining…Méav was kind of the go-to replacement person for transitional periods for a while, and then it was Susan, so it would be interesting if Emma would be a sort of third-generation successor to that role. But it probably is more likely that Susan would take over if this was temporary. I would rather there be an old member returning than there be a new one, especially if it’s a temporary replacement. But it could also be nice to see some new talent, so I’m not opposed to someone new, change just frightens me.
The go-to replacement person for transitional periods for a while for me was Alex Sharpe and Susan but maybe Chloe now as well. Lynn was also but it looks like now Lynn has officially moved on a different path in her life. There's always opportunity space again for Lisa Lambe with it being temporary open offer needed again. As for anyone knew, I alway's thought Edel Murphy would be a great fill in or replacement for Mairead Carlin while you was looking for someone..

If it's just for a temp 3-4 weeks for the Symphony tour, I'd love to see Susan.
I would love that, I'm always for more Susan, even though having Lisa Lambe actually return but also when Tara was there was a dream that in itself!

This begs to question now that we will see this lineup record these new songs now instead with another member which this has commonly been a thing that occurs unlike perhaps some members leaving after full filling a recording Lisa K for example.
I mean, if they’d already recorded something, Mairéad would presumably still be on it…she could also still record while pregnant even if she doesn’t tour, especially if she winds up staying with CW.
That can be true, it's just to me will go down by which direction they'll go, it's interesting still not being able to predict what is next.

Wow! Had no idea of these but did hear with Meav anyone know the timestamp of Meav..> I think Susan was there to witness the taping, would of loved seeing a capture of her in the audience too! Fuuuun! Will need to rematch. Don't know if anyone has noticed, but Caitriona Sherlock is in the audience clapping at the end of Maeve's Lay Your Head Down!!!!

My first reaction to this thread was very similar. - Paul Byrom from CT in the audience at the 20th. - If I remember correctly, Meav, Ronan, Glenn Murphy in the audience of Ancient Land.
What's also fun is spotting people I've met from this forum in the audience.

What do we WANT to be next? - I'd like a new album also. Especially since they toured with a title like New Era. There should be a new album. - I want the lineup to stay the same. Too many changes lately!
While I get that no experience beats being in a live concert, but my joy of living the journey with Celtic Woman I'd be happy enough if they kept doing music video's or same like they did with Postcard's of Ireland, have a Tour Program, merch. Christmas Card's from Ireland was a small bundle, but it gave some magic, I mean Celtic Woman riding a carosuel something that I don't know if we would of ever had that had the whole 2020 not happened. I was at Barnes and Noble and there was guest authors there with all seats to present their books, it was in the music section of the store and just standing there seeing it cannot glimpse when Celtic Woman use to go to some Barnes and Noble's for signings. I find myself blessed for all the year's they came to my small capital city but if they had made a stop at my Barnes and Noble back then to sign and talk for 5min that right there alone would have been the moon for me! It's hard though, because the castle outdoor PBS filming or all of the filming styles with an audience or not have been the best, I think Believe was such a beautiful tour stage set and for it only to done one year is very different than Emerald. I have ideas for fan experiences but as for the whole production and how it goes ...

At this point I suppose you can have two playing the character because it's impossible to debate who's Merida Tara or Lisa L right? So Belle or Eabha can take Belle, which makes sense as Alex filled in for Lisa K! Susan is Elsa!

Love this!!! I am having a bit of trouble with Chloe as Snow White. 😊Maybe Mairead Carlin as Snow White and Chloe as Rapunzel? Just an idea. Looking forward to the continuation!!
Thank You all for freely participating along because the reason why I placed Chloe under (The Snow White of CW) was for now because of how Chloe interacted with all giddy all sweet to the audience, blowing a kiss, running off stage. Since she's an OG I thought placing them with OG Disney Princess, I mean I don't know where to place Chloe tbh and yes it's obvious we all would agree Mairead C as Snow White, if Edel Murphy was a Celtic Woman she'd be Snow White too her voice! You all are absolutely right Chloe had really long hair and did hairstyles that come close to Rapunzel.
