TWO new members this holiday season.

So there wasn't departure messages for Tara and Emma? Normally that's what they do before any new members step into the scene..

I don’t think Tara has departed, so there wouldn’t be a message for her. There’s technically 5 or 6 members right now.

Emma wasn’t officially gone when she first left last year, but it’s odd that they didn’t announce her leaving when Caitríona came in. Something like “We are happy to announce new members, Sean-Nós singer Caitríona Sherlock and fiddler Ciara Ní Mhurcú! We also bid farewell to Emma, who is leaving, and wish her prosperity in whatever she pursues next.”

I guess Lisa Kelly left in 2011 and didn’t officially announce her departure until 2013, but it just seems odd to me.

Okay well that absolutely makes sense all what you said, because if CW didn't announce in a message wouldn't Emma and Tara done one on their own on their own social media page. It doesn't surprise me that Emma wouldn't want come back later, she has just become a Celtic Woman and has done one tour and one album. She knows how it is now, and if it wasn't suit for her she would of had a great opportunity to bid thank you.
I don't think Tara neither wants to say she's leaving, this job has been her Dream Job!

Now when it came for Lisa Kelly, she was pregnant again so at the time I don't think there was an immediate departing message because when Susan was filling in for her many were saying when Lisa comes back have Susan stay with them. Perhaps Lisa wasn't sure what the future holds until while at this time she found moving living in Atlanta and the new will that be The Lisa Kelly Singing Academy. Once that's been clearly the forward move is I think when she notified in 2013 that she was moving on...that's my view guesses.
