Only gonna go with songs from the albums/dvd's....
Mairead N: Granuaile's Dance - ANJ (no competition, love this song whenever she performs it) Orla: Isle Of Innisfree (the orchestration backing for this song and her voice and the beautiful harp... stunning) Meav: I Dreamt I Dwelt In Marble Halls (her voice just soars on this song and sounds truly angelic) Lisa K: The Voice (her voice on this song is and will always be the best) Chloe: When You Believe - SFTH (she just soars on this song and never disappointed) Hayley: Scarborough Fair (the clarity and power she exhibits on this song is incredible) Lynn: Suantrai (she just stuns on this song) Alex: You'll Be In My Heart (I loved watching her expressions when she performed this song) Lisa L: Dulaman (her version is what brought me back to loving this song again b/c I was starting to think it was overdone) Susan: Sometimes A Prayer Will Do (this song was the first CW song I heard after my Grandma died so it's very special to me) Mairead C: Ae Fond Kiss (imo, one of the most beautiful love songs ever) Eabha: Walk Beside Me (I LOVED this song when I first heard it and thought she sang it perfectly, it was also beautiful seeing the other girls come out and join her at the end for her first show w/ Celtic Woman) Tara: For The Love Of A Princess (Tara really played her heart out on this song, just breathtaking) Megan: Shenandoah (I loved her beautiful soaring voice on this song) Muirgen: Down By The Sally Gardens (this song has long been a favorite of mine, hearing her sing this was phenomenal) Emma: Rainbow (I thought she sounded so sweet and lovely on this song)

It seems like Mairead may be staying for the foreseeable future. Looks like she's re-posted Celtic Woman's posts about the upcoming Christmas tour as well.

My picks:
I Know My Love: always loved this song and the CD version of it is a fun number and I loved watching the girls dancing and having fun with it!
Cinema Paradiso: I loved hearing Mairead taking on this song! Her voice was stunning and the dress that she wore was breathtaking.
You Raise Me Up: I have to say, this was a moment I knew was going to be in the show, but was still just as beautiful to see. I loved the mesh between our current girls and our originals together on the stage.
Caledonia: Speaking of the originals, this song was my favorite solo that our OG's performed. It was truly a lovely arrangement, simple but stunning.
Tread Lightly: I loved this song because it was a beautiful moment between Mairead and Muirgen that showcases both of their voices blending together perfectly.

It's the PFI version for me!!! Muirgen, Megan, Chloe, and Tara looked like they were having a blast every time! And the energy of the choreography matched the energy of the song in a MUCH better way than the 20th Anniversary choreography did. The Homecoming version was okay but it was almost like a transition between the Gavin Murphy Destiny Tour version where the girls all played instruments while singing it and his later version for Celebration and PFI where they were instead singing and dancing.

I know that with everything that happened with David it will probably never happen... But how AWESOME would it be if the OG girls would be brought in performing At The Ceili?!
Lisa, Chloe (taking Orla's part), Meav, and Mairead Nesbitt dancing onto the stage for that old classic would be epic!

I like Mairead, but I don't like this at all. They're acting like Hannah was a stand-in. She wasn't. Her pictures are on the 2023 calendar, and she was doing quickfire Q&A's with them as recently as June. She did the Instagram introduction video for their new music video release, which she wasn't even in. She liked the post announcing Emma as a new member, so she clearly thought they would be performing together. She has NOT liked the post announcing Mairead's return and thanking her for "stepping in." I don't know what happened, and I don't know what they told her, but they used her, and I hope she doesn't let it affect her or her career because her voice is amazing.
This is reminding me a little bit of Susan back in 2012... Originally she was filling in for Lisa K who, was considered on maternity leave at the time, as Lisa K didn't announce her decision to leave until late Spring of 2012 when she announced her Academy. And then when they released Home For Christmas in 2012 it had Meav, no Lisa K or Susan. Then Susan ended up sticking around (for which I'm very grateful). I stuck with the girls then and I'll do so now, I just hope we get the true lineup finalized soon.

I can't wait to hear how they'll sound, especially with all 3 ladies being Sopranos again, they may mix it up with who takes lower range on different songs.

Hey guys! Didn't know quite where to post this so thought I'd put it here!
Do we know if anything good was shared (news and such) during the Instagram Q&A that Tara and Muirgen had on Friday? I'm not in Instagram so wasn't sure.

I hope we get some word from Celtic Woman before too long about the status of the group and what to expect moving forward. This upcoming tour being cancelled without any word from The Powers That Be has me a little nervous. I just hope we can continue to experience the magic of Celtic Woman for years to come!
Yes. When you say the powers that be do you mean management?? Remember how Celtic thunder went on hiatus quietly after the decade tour and I don’t think we knew it until we got a letter from Sharon.
That is, indeed, what I'm hoping to see sometime soon. Not really an explanation as to why it was cancelled (though that would be nice), but moreso a reaffirmation that Celtic Woman will continue to provide us the music that we have grown to love so much. With the abrupt cancellation and no info from management, it makes me concerned that the doors may be shuttering and I sincerely hope that is not the case because I love these girls and I really loved the Postcards Tour!
