Originally from Kilkenny, Hannah is a graduate of the Royal Irish Academy of Music. Over the last 10 years she has performed in several prestigious venues including The Waterfront Hall(Belfast), Her Majesty’s Theatre(London), National Concert Hall(Dublin), and Bunkamura Orchard Hall (Tokyo).
Hannah was a member of the Irish ensemble ‘Anúna’ for several years, with whom she toured across Europe, Asia and Morocco. She has had the opportunity to sing on several recordings with the group, including soundtracks for Nintendo. Some highlights during this time include the BBC proms in 2017, the Fes World Sacred Music Festival in Morocco, and a performance of ‘At the hawks well’ by W.B. Yeats in Tokyo with a Japanese noh theatre company.
She has been part of several opera productions, both during her studies and professionally, working with companies such as Irish National Opera and Opera Collective Ireland. In 2017 she performed a lead role at the Operavizsga Festival in Budapest, Hungary.
Hannah has performed the soprano solo in works like Handel’s Messiah, Mozart’s Coronation Mass, Allegri’s Miserere and Vivaldi’s Gloria with various choirs across Ireland.
Though classically trained, Hannah loves singing all genres. She is so excited to be joining Celtic Woman with such a fantastic line up of singers and musicians.
