About Muirgen:
Muirgen is originally from County Cork in Ireland, but has been living in London, England. She went to the Cork School of Music, where she studied as a classical soprano, but also studied flute. She then completed her Masters degree in Musical Theatre from the Royal Academy of Music.
She's a fluent Irish speaker and has been performing as an actress, singer, and instrumentalist for almost a decade.

Career:
In 2016, she performed with Disney at the Royal Albert Hall. Since then been in productions of Love's Labour's Lost, The Wizard of Oz, Battles Great and Small, to Gillie, With Love, and the New Year's Even Gala: The Music of Andrew Loyd Webber.
Muirgen has performed several times with the RTE concert orchestra as a guest soloist.
She toured with Celtic Angels starting Sept 2014 up until the start of the pandemic.

Her name, Muirgen, means "woman of the sea" or "born of the sea."
Muirgen in Irish mythology was turned into a mermaid and then brought back to land after 300 years and transformed back into a woman -- which must have been quite a shock. Muirgen's original name was Liban. Muirgen may also be spelled Muireann or Muirenn.
