So what does this mean for the CW shows during that time period?

I assume the Fleadh performances will be pre-recorded and that if the CW tour happens as originally scheduled, she'll be part of the tour. There are a few CW shows she'll miss because she's doing her own shows, but other than that, I think she'll be on the CW tour whenever that ends up happening, in spring or later in the year.

It looks like the virtual fleadh will be on StageIt.

Because it's on StageIt, it seems like it will be one of those shows you have to watch as it happens (can't go back and watch it afterwards if you're not able to see it live).

I asked if the performances would be pre-recorded live too. I have seen pre-recorded shows on StageIt before and I think it's very likely they'll do that.

I'll be getting a ticket for this at some point. Even if a live tour somehow goes ahead that early next year, I think there's almost no chance the Canada/US border will be open by then (probably not until summer). But the good thing about all these online shows (and particularly the fleadh where you get to enjoy tons of acts for a single ticket) is that there's no cost or stress involved in travelling and you just get to enjoy lots of performances you wouldn't otherwise be seeing.

I despise StageIt for their frequent quality issues, but I suppose after having seen so many StageIt shows this year, I've just learned to tolerate it. It's a chance to see a LOT of performers I follow (at least 9 separate acts I know of so far).

Even the virtual Fleadh show has been postponed to 2022 (exact dates to be announced). It will now be a combined virtual and in-person show in 2022.

Apparently those that got tickets will be refunded.
