Title: Celtic Woman on The Noite with Danilo Gentili in Brazil
Post by: VegasDavid on August 21, 2019, 01:18:44 AM
This was a pretty special interview 18-minute interview that they had on a talk show in Brazil yesterday:

Mairéad Carlin seems to understand Portugese.

They showed a clip of some Brazilian girls doing a hip hop dance Granuaile's Dance.  Perhaps it's part of some longer music video.

John Hunt gave a bagpipe lesson to the host, followed by a brief Scottish dancing lesson.

Colm Farrell and Carl Maguire kind of taught the host to dance to the end of "Enchanted Way".  (Where's James Greenan?)

This was a really good interview, including short performances of Sive and Danny Boy.

At the end of the show, they performed Amazing Grace, which is on this video:

The next day, they were on the talk show Mulheres. So far I've only seen the Orinoco Flow performance at the beginning of this video, but looks like they also did an interview segment. I'll watch the rest today.

Good finds, Tracie!  On the Mulheres video, besides singing Orinoco Flow at the beginning, they also sing Homeland at 5:30 and Enchanted Way at 8:30.

The improvised choreography in Enchanted Way is really cute!  Just look at Tara's expression at 9:28 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sOJ1UnzlhMM&feature=youtu.be&t=564) after she tried to sit on the edge of a chair and it didn't really work out.  😂
