1.Cinema Paradiso (a new iconic Italian from an icon)
2. Lay Your Head Down (a new song from an icon)
3 .The Parting Glass for the togetherness of original members at peace and enjoying witnessing Mairead, Tara, Muirgen and Emma!

When did Mairead convey her reunion with Mairead? That's a little part only one I missed..

There are really so many special moments ✨️

After Granuaile's Dance.

Thank's Tom" oh my world what a cute moment that was!"

Celtic Woman 20th Anniversary Tour / Re: I Know My Love (20th Anniversary)

They made a good choice for the first single from the album. It's a very 'fun' song. A great first impression of the album. A very different feel from my first impressions of Postcards.

On a side note, Deirdre Shannon has a good version worth a listen:

Wow listening now to Deirdre's version is so wonderful it would been an excellent solo. The guitar in it brings like when Lynn sings Carolina Rua.. I feel the group version and Mairead fits in a group version! Love Love Both!

It's astonishing to me after only knowing second bits of this now am fully in love with it. It's very clear and you couldn't ask for anything better and Mairead is so lovingly beautiful here in this version! It's exciting seeing Muirgen shine with Mairead together! :)

Fun and Games / Re: Name That Tune
« on: November 24, 2023, 09:27:55 AM »
On DVD, this song was the first to feature a stringed instrument on the main stage that wasn't played by Máiréad Nesbitt or Órla Fallon and wasn't a piano.

Hmm. Good question. I would have guessed "Isle of Inisfree" also.

I'll take a guess but it's just a guess. I'm thinking of songs that feature a guitar. ??? So I'll guess "Carolina Rua"...

That did have a nice guitar feature on camera to go along with Lynn's charm. I think the guitarist was still positioned with the band though and that one got omitted from the Songs from the Heart DVD, although it found its place in the hearts of fans on YouTube. The one I'm thinking of, the performer starts on the main stage. The singers move around more than the performer during the song.

I love the Details you mentioned and pointed -out about this solo performance it's so suddle and light hearted like Lynn herself .

Is it Rebecca Winkworth "Isle of Inisfree" ?

When the girls promoted 20 shots I came across an Instagram story post from Susan responding sorry to miss this one. This response just makes me curious not saying Susan be in the lineup they didn't have any other special guests for a song. It was just an interesting answer.

Postcards from Ireland / Re: Your favourite songs
« on: November 07, 2023, 09:12:02 AM »
I would like to update on my favorite songs now with precise experience of this album.
Surprisingly I love Megan's solos very much I believe it truly captivated the style an essence of Megan here.
Down By the Salley Gardens - Muirgen has just one solo surprisingly but it defines her so perfectly just like the solos of Megan.
Where Sheep May Lie Gracefully - greatly suits Tara!
May It Be - Susan (its not the 3-part harmony but it captures Susan in a different favorite CW song for once! A true CW she is>
Angel - over time has become my favorite version of this song
Bees Wings and Wild Mountain Thyme.. Love them

Beeswings
May It Be
Down By The Sally Gardens

I'd so love and would purchase if they had Christmas Cards from Ireland in a little red box setup it includes a Carasuel Christmas Card and as well some postcards of scenes with the girls amongst a scenery backdrop from each of their songs!**~

Sad to admit, I didn't know for the longest time. I had to Google it.

Same as the chorus for "Harry's Game". (Asked about it in Name That Tune.) I had to Google it.
