From the self-titled debut through to Ancient Land, here's my ranking of all the Celtic Woman member line-ups there has been so far:
(Please note that I do not hate any of these line-ups – in fact, I love them all – I just found some to be better over others. Also, these line-ups only count if they're part of an original studio album or concert special that has been officially released by the group.)

Very interesting question - my personal ranking (and echoing that they are all good!!) would be:
1. Songs from the Heart
2. Believe
3. A New Journey
4. Ancient land
5. Destiny
6. Celtic Woman/ Christmas Celebration
7. Voices of Angels / Homecoming
8. Emerald
In all honesty, though, this ranking is as much or more about the content and staging of the particular shows/ albums as about who was in the relevant line-ups

1) Mairead C, Eabha, Tara, Megan
2) Susan, Mairead C, Eabha, Tara
3) Mairead N, Susan, Mairead C, Eabha
