Alex announced she's now taking bookings for her new performing arts studio opening up in spring and voice and performance tuition via Skype!

Her studio will be located in Dublin.

I guess now aspiring performers can learn from either Lisa Kelly or Alex Sharpe (or both)!

I wish her lots of luck (her students, just in having her, already have all the luck they need).

We know from social media last year that Alex was building a facility for her studio in her back yard.

On August 17, 2019, she was demolishing an old shed in her backyard:

Later that month, she was leveling and applying hardcore to her back yard:

In early September, she was preparing for the next phase, pouring the concrete:

Not sure how far along the structure has come since then.

On November 30, 2019, Alex posted in an Instagram story that she had completed an online digital media marketing course, presumably to help promote the Shine Performing Arts Studio (and possibly CaraNua as well).

Some interesting notes from Alex's live video Q+A on Facebook on March 20:

- Her studio is "bigger on the inside" ( a little Doctor Who reference ;) ) ... it apparently can fit up to 10 kids at a time!
- She's planning to do 1-on-1s and group lessons in there
- People sometimes find group lessons less intimidating
- She decided to build the studio (in her back yard) since there were too many distractions inside the house
- The walls will be white when all painted
- It was scheduled to open in March, but as a result of Covid-19, that's been delayed indefinitely. It will probably open after the kids are allowed to go back to school.
- Someone asked Alex if she had plans to do shows once in a while with her students like Lisa Kelly does. She doesn't have any plans for that yet. She might thing about doing a show once a term or once a year for the parents, but it doesn't sound like there are any aspirations of doing a public show like Lisa Kelly sometimes does with her students.
