Fellow Forumites, This one is not yet listed on the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra (ASO) website, but Georgia PBS is offering 3 options for ticket pairs to the Celtic Woman's Christmas Concert with the ASO, on Friday, December 22, 2023, at the Atlanta Symphony Hall. Given the date, this may well be the last Concert of the 2023 Christmas Tour. The options (brace yourself because they ain't cheap!) are as follows: $700 - pair of Pit tickets with Meet & Greet passes (as noted in earlier posts, Meet & Greets are rare in Christmas Tours), pre-Concert Reception, and parking $550 - pair of Front Orchestra tickets, pre-Concert Reception, and parking $400 - pair of Front Orchestra tickets and parking Here's a link to the Georgia PBS website - https://gpbtv.pledgecart.org/home?campaign=5F3B6A9A-D89A-4B06-9987-D27A90D63F07&source=Be well, Bob

https://youtu.be/I8OBfRyplyERemember - Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. But, one has to wonder why it took SNL so long to spoof the Ladies.

My Fellow Forumites,
Well, the Celebration Tour started last night, and we can already stop speculating (not that many of us have been, yet) about whether there will be a Christmast Tour this year. This morning, I received an email from the Colorado Symphony announcing it's 2020/21 Season; it includes a Celtic Woman Christmas Concert on December 7, 2020, at the Boettcher Concert Hall, in Denver, CO. Tickets go on sale on August 3, 2020.
Be well,
Bob

I found another 2020 show in Burlington, VT!
Fellow Forumites, Apparently, Mountain Lake PBS is not offering Meet & Greet passes for the March 20, 2020 concert at the Flynn Mainstage, in Burlington, VT. So, I contacted Vermont PBS, and this is part of their response: " Yes, we will have Soundcheck Passes available for those who’d like a more VIP experience of the March 20th concert—however please note that Celtic Woman is not doing a traditional meet and greet. The soundcheck experience has replaced that particular part of the show." Does anyone have any idea what the "sound check experience" would be? As I understand them, soundchecks occur a couple of hours before the concert. Would that mean that participants would have to be there several hours before showtime, and then have a few hours to kill before the show starts? Also, Meet & Greets have become rather rushed and impersonal events. I would think being at a soundcheck would be even more so because I suspect the Ladies would be pretty busy. Any information would be greatly appreciated to help me decide whether the additional money for "the soundcheck experience" would be worth it. Thanks, Bob

Tickets go on sale on Friday, August 9, 2019. https://thebasie.org/events/celtic-woman/?mc_cid=56e4cc4051&mc_eid=090f8d99f9

Fellow Forumites, I wanted to let you know that PBA (the Atlanta PBS station) is offering, as "Thank You" gifts for donations, PIT tickets with M&G passes for the Celtic Woman's December 14, 2019 Best of Christmas Concert with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. https://www.callswithoutwalls.com/pledgeCart3/?campaign=C0C4C989-52E1-45AD-9449-29C659B65EEF&source=&source=#/homeThis link will take you to the PBA "Thank You" gifts website. Here's where it gets a little confusing - Under "Gifts List", towards the bottom of the page, select "Celtic Woman - Ancient Land" under the "Search by Program" drop-down menu. Be well, Bob
