Lisa Lambe / Re: Exactly how old is she?

The last time I checked, one source said 1975, so she would've been 34-35 when she joined the group.

More shows appear to be announced. On sale or no?
The AL dates appear to be on sale via donations made on the APTV website.

Celtic Woman / Re: New Christmas Special??
« on: October 04, 2022, 11:13:29 AM »
Does anyone here recognize this venue? I tried to search on Google but i had no luck.
I used Google image search and from what I go, I believe it is Killruddery House in Wicklow, which has served as a filming location for numerous films such as My Left Foot, Far and Away, Ella Enchanted, and The Count of Monte Cristo. Hope that helps  :)

Perhaps that overdue Magic of Christmas special is imminent? That album is 3 years old this year -- being BOTH Mairead & Eabha's last release with the group.
Okay, you're right with Éabha, but not Mairéad C., as technically, her last release was the 2020 version of O Holy Night that the group posted on their YouTube channel.

Also, I wonder if the new member will be making her debut on this one, whether the versions of Joy to the World and Once in Royal David's City featured on Voices of Angels might show up, and if the dresses will be new and also used on the upcoming A Christmas Symphony tour. Most importantly, though, I'm sure we'll get LOTS more gorgeous harmonies (yes, the album had that, but I wonder how they can improve on them).

Toured 2023 / Re: MN fans.
« on: September 07, 2022, 04:10:26 PM »
I live in the suburbs of Minneapolis and have been to shows at the Orpheum, State, Mystic and Rochester in Minneosta. I doubt they would return to Xcel Energy Center due to how large it is and honestly I wouldn't want them to. I very much prefer the small theatres over the large arenas since the theatres have amazing acoustics.

Orpheum and State are both gorgeous theatres, so either of those would be great. One thing about State is that the stage is really high so we're craning our necks from front row, but it's not too terrible. I can't remember how high the stage is at Orpheum. Both of those have good stage doors for talking to the ladies after the show.

I'd love to see them in Duluth since it's a beautiful city that I love to visit. Really anywhere they would go in Minnesota I could and would get to fairly easily.
I don’t think they’ve done larger arenas since the emerald tour have they?
Not true, not true. They did do two Decade shows at the 3Arena in Dublin (where they also filmed Homecoming) and the SSE Arena in Belfast and have been to Mohegan Sun Arena plenty of times.

Celtic Woman / Re: New member auditions

They could do the Killarney shows with Chloë, and then she'd leave and the new member would take her place for the Christmas tour. However, the new member could appear as a special guest for those shows, kind of like when Anabel Sweeney was the special guest for Homecoming.

She's probably gone down with the flu or something. Hay fevers are common at this time of year so don't be too surprised  :)

Yes, it is.
