Mairéad Carlin just announced that Ancient Land is the #1 album in the World Music category on iTunes in the U.S.:

(I installed iTunes on my computer so I could check out the other albums on the list.  There are lots of other Celtic Woman albums if you scroll through all 175 albums on the chart.)

This is very encouraging.

It doesn't have to content with BTS on that iTunes chart.

The big number will be November 6, when it should re-appear on the Billboard World Albums chart, hopefully in a position that doesn't require me to scroll at all.  ;)
