I think I'll do a group song and a solo from each album for fun!
CW: The Soft Goodbye / Send Me A Song
ACC: White Christmas / The Christmas Song
ANJ: At the Ceili / Caledonia
SftH: The Call / Fields of Gold
Believe: Teir Abhaile Riu / Black is the Colour
HfC: Winter Wonderland / Auld Lang Syne
Emerald: Nil Sen La / Dulaman
Destiny: Tir Na Nog / I See Fire
Voices of Angels: Time to Say Goodbye / Across the World
Homecoming: Mo Ghile Mear (My Gallant Star) / For the Love of a Princess
Ancient Land: Follow Me / Moorlough Shore
Some of these were really tough! And like with many of the polls, if I did this tomorrow some of my answers would be different! Just so many fabulous songs to choose from!

The wind chill this morning was -7 and that actually felt warm! Us midwesterners may be getting out the summer clothes this weekend when it's 40!

Oh gosh, this one is incredibly difficult for me to narrow down to 5. This album is very dear to me, as it was released right in the middle of a period of time in which work related stress and anxiety were so bad that it was turning into depression. Celtic Woman music was the only thing keeping me going through those horrible days at work. I am completely in love with this entire album. ShiningBright, I love what you said about it being one very big song done in an intimate style. Yes, exactly!
To choose 5 at the moment, I went Mo Ghile Mear, For the Love of a Princess, Time to Say Goodbye, A Time For Us and Nil Sen La. If I were to answer this question tomorrow, my choices would probably be different. The same is true of many Celtic Woman albums - I'm constantly changing my mind because I love it all so much.

Yeah I'm constantly listening to Celtic Woman music in my car and on my ipod while at work.

I also love that the two versions are so different from each other. That was one of the many things that thrilled me about Voices of Angels when I first listened to it, that many of the old songs being re-recorded were completely different arrangements. 😀

My top five on the original are The Soft Goodbye, Send Me A Song, May It Be, Orinoco Flow and Siuil A Ruin.

Shenandoah at the Ancient Land filming I definitely recognized as a prior fiddle solo. Helps that that one was also on the CD which I listen to much more frequently than the DVD. This just means I need to watch the DVDs more to hear the songs that are only on DVD!

My top five are The Sky and the Dawn and the Sun, Caledonia, At the Ceili, Beyond the Sea and Granuaile's Dance.
Years ago I would have said that Mo Ghile Mear was in my top five or maybe even my number one from A New Journey. But I love the Voices of Angels/Homecoming version of it so much that it actually removes it from my top five of A New Journey. Thought that was an interesting personal observation.

Mine are Awakening, Teir Abhaile Riu, The World Falls Away, My Heart Was Home Again and A Woman's Heart.
And I gotta admit, I had not realized Mna na hEireann was in Believe. I wikipediaed the track list and see it's a Mairead Nesbitt solo. Although I also hadn't watched Believe since the Ancient Land filming so next time I watch it I'll have that aha moment!

I'm not sure what they were doing, but it's always intriguing when they are in a recording studio!

I hadn't seen this, thanks for sharing! Good interview! I like reading about their favorite Ancient Land songs.
