Megan Ruby Walsh / Backyard Sessions
« on: April 25, 2020, 07:58:11 AM »
Megan is starting a new video series called “Backyard Sessions” on her YouTube channel. The first video which she uploaded today is a cover of Bonnie Raitt’s “I Can’t Make You Love Me”. Since it’s currently marked as unlisted, I’ll leave the link below. Her voice here is absolutely gorgeous as always!

Mairead Nesbitt / I found this while browsing the web...
« on: April 24, 2020, 02:50:36 AM »
I was browsing through Nameberry to see what the name Mairead meant and found the attached in the “Famous People” section. Couldn’t help but facepalm when I saw it... 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

They also had Mairead C listed, although all of her information was correct. Thank goodness for that!

This quote’s a bit of a hard one, but let’s give it a go!

“Thank you so much, you’ve been such a wonderful audience.”

Lisa Kelly (SftH etc.)

Correct!

Is there  anyone who updates CW's Wikipedia pages for languages other than English on a regular basis?

I logged on to look at some of the non-English articles and some (eg. Korean, Chinese) were last updated so long ago, the list of current and former members are not necessarily accurate anymore.

Helping those on the front lines from the safety of home.

My mom got me to help make some face visors for doctors at the hospital she works at to wear while treating patients. Not a bad way to spend quarantine.

“The plant is not okay!”

Hint: This is from a behind-the-scenes video from last year’s Symphony Tour.

Sounds like Eabha.

Yep! It was from the following video: https://twitter.com/MaireadCarlin/status/1206001092926021633

Eabha News / Re: Eabha and John tested +
« on: March 27, 2020, 02:51:56 AM »
What makes COVID-19 so much more deadly is that unlike the flu and other viral diseases where you can spread the disease only after showing symptoms, you can spread the COVID-19 virus before symptoms appear. There are even some people who have tested positive for the virus even though they are asymptomatic (they show no symptoms).

This is why social distancing/social isolation is so important in this pandemic. You never know who has the virus or not.

Btw generally if you want to be extra-careful, 20 days is the median from a research for someone who previously has COVID-19.

My dad is a doctor who specializes in the infectious disease sector, he told me when the outbreak first started the maximum incubation period for COVID-19 is 27 days.

Oh no! Éabha was the one CW member that has promoted social distancing the most over the course of this pandemic. I can’t believe she’s tested positive!

I hope she and John will have a speedy recovery.
