Celtic Woman 20th Anniversary Tour

They have all the pieces to make an announcement now, at least it seems. I hope we are getting a new special shooting this year.

It's surprising the '24 spring tour is celebrating the 20th anniversary.
If they recorded something this year (something like Emerald or VoA would be my vote) you'd think they'd rename it to be after that ('24 being 10 years after Emerald) and then '25 be the actual XX tour year.
If I had my way I'd say
*Later this year: Record an album of all remakes or else one like VoA that's largely remakes with a few new ones sprinkled in. Like VoA -- only record as CD.
*Feb-June '24: Tour.
*Sometime in '24 either in Dublin or USA tour: Record live album using tour setlist and call it XX Celebration.
*'25: XX Celebration tour.

I figured out that we can't figure it out. Haha. 

However it is fun to speculate & talk about it.

One possible reason I am speculating they moved up the anniversary tour a year 'early' is that they want to do a special concert on the real 20th anniversary in Ireland. They can keep the same setlist if that happens on the tail end of the anniversary tour.

We can only hope! They kept saying they will do something "special". That would be special. And if any former members come back for a one off, they HAVE to record that!

But back to reality...

Usually the venues that get them as “part of a season” put tickets on sale in June—August and then others are in October/November.

The funny thing is I was sitting so far back from the main stage and my eyesight sucks so much when I'm tired that I couldn't see the dresses very well. They look nice.

I'm at the airport right now and I believe my flight has free wifi, so I can fill in the forum calendar while we fly! Heading to New York for Tara & Alex's concert!

Looking at the dates & locations now. Not sure if I will jump on the presale tomorrow, or wait for my PBS station to offer M&G. Hmm... (I think I've asked everyone's advice on this before.)
