I think they made a good pick.
Any odds of CW releasing new music? I know a tour is out for now.

Some more interviews:

A short one from 11 years ago:

In this other interview, she talks near the start and she's singing near the end. There's a pretty cool link to another Celtic Woman member that comes up in the interview

To me she sounds like she'll be singing in the range Mairead C sang in.

Welcome Emma! Very much looking forward to seeing her perform with Celtic Woman. The audio clips I've listened to of her singing are really lovely!

Catching up on the links everyone has posted.
Wow! What an impressive resume. She was the lead DANCER in Riverdance? I thought her bio said lead SINGER in Riverdance, but I re-read it. Being the lead DANCER is quite impressive, and shows how versatile she is.
Last week was a busy news week for CW. Yay!

The other cool thing is she was a dance instructor for the Ireland branch of the Kavanagh Porter Warren Academy (Scott Porter's dance academy).

Here's another one from when she was the lead dancer with Riverdance:

Here's an interview when she was with Heartbeat of Home:

For both interviews, she's with Bobby Hodges.

I was doing more catching on on the videos & links posted.
On Emma's FB page, under the "Mentions" tab, her father posted this in a longer post :
"the recent announcement of her Signing up to CELTIC WOMAN for the 20th Anniversay year Celebrations"
Doesn't that make it sound like her tenure is temporary (like a special guest)? Or am I misreading that?
