Hannah used to be a member of SYSTIR, which is Icelandic for “sister.” It's basically a female-singer branch of ANÚNA.

For those who may have come across it on YouTube, M'ANAM ("My Soul" in the Irish language), is the equivalent male branch of ANÚNA.

M'ANAM has some releases available on Bandcamp. As far as I know, SYSTIR does not.

Does SYSTIR have a YouTube channel?

If they do, their channel seems to be exceedingly difficult to find.

I’ve found a video of SYSTIR singing, posted by ANÚNA’s official YouTube Channel.

So far, this video seems to be the only one of SYSTIR on the channel, though.

The harmony in this video is extraordinary:

If you check out their website, it mentions they're planning to start recording an album in May.

Systir was featured in the Castlefest Presents: Systir video on YouTube:

Here are links to the relevant timestamps.

The Parting Glass

The interview is good!

Of the songs, The Parting Glass is my favourite. The typical Parting Glass melody is pretty somber, espcially in contrast its phenomenal re-imagining by David Downes. Systir largely conforms to that traditional melody, but the harmony in the Systir arrangement is full and intriguing.
