This is how I will answer this question is the 1 that has 400+ friends is personal and the one with 17k followers is public since that account doesn't allow friends hope it make sense but I have sent Mairead a question will see if I get a answer

A part of me thinks one is personal & one is public. But then part of me thinks one is fake. Maybe I'm getting influenced by this thread on fake social media accounts:
