Hi Guys!! I've been listening to I Know My Love (20th Anniversary) for a few hours since the single came out and I have to say I'm pretty excited for the rest of the album. It really is a studio album after all.
I noticed some peculiarities on it that are worth talking about. But for now I'll wait for you to listen first so we can talk more about it.

The mixing is really good, at least for my taste. I can hear everything, every detail in the arrangement which is great. I am not a technical person in any regard, but I didn't feel any overpowering here, pretty balanced.

It's astonishing to me after only knowing second bits of this now am fully in love with it. It's very clear and you couldn't ask for anything better and Mairead is so lovingly beautiful here in this version! It's exciting seeing Muirgen shine with Mairead together! :)

They made a good choice for the first single from the album. It's a very 'fun' song. A great first impression of the album. A very different feel from my first impressions of Postcards.

On a side note, Deirdre Shannon has a good version worth a listen:

Wow listening now to Deirdre's version is so wonderful it would been an excellent solo. The guitar in it brings like when Lynn sings Carolina Rua.. I feel the group version and Mairead fits in a group version! Love Love Both!

I love it! It has a lot of Spanish flamenco/paso doble vibes to it just from the use of the acoustic and percussion instruments alone  ;)

I noticed CW usually changes lyrics to their songs modified a teeny bit..so far I can only tell Mairead saying "satin blue" than suit of blue...which I love a lot! Emma looks so joyful for it has some dance vibes this song! ;D
