I listened to the Exposed album. It's an enjoyable country-rock album. The guitar and vocals are the dominant sounds but you can hear the violin if you focus enough. Keep Them Kisses Comin' and Yeah are some of the easier tracks to hear the violin.

Celtic Woman / Re: Celtic Woman Member Timeline

Updated the membership and timeline on Wikipedia and here on the Forum. I see someone already tried to make some of the changes and Wikipedia reverted it due to sourcing concerns. I gave them the Facebook post and the news post from the Celtic Woman website this time. We'll see if that holds up to their scrutiny.

Kate Heneghan / Sal Heneghan
« on: January 25, 2026, 08:17:37 PM »
Sal is Kat's sister.

She released an eponymous album (Sal) in 2020. Kate did perform on the album as well.

The name of the album is simply ‘SAL’. It’s a traditional Irish album of my style of music with some of my favourite tunes on it. There are ten tracks on the CD and I play the fiddle and the harp on it. I also have two songs on the album. My family feature on it as well. My Mom plays fiddle, my sister Kate plays the fiddle, my sister Maggie plays harp and my brother Paddy sings and plays the uileann pipes. It was a little bit of a family project.

I come across another fun fact too: Sal is a member of Biird, which of course is the same group Ciara is in.

Wait…so you met Caitríona before she joined?? That’s quite the flex! How did this happen?

I met her on one of Éabha's Patreon Zoom calls in the early days of Patreon and started following her because her voice is really soothing. We knew we were both going to the Celtic Woman concerts in Killarney so our friend group met up with her for dinner before a few of the shows. I got to chat with her a bit at the Celtic World Forum events and had an Irish lesson with her at the 2024 Forum event. She also did singing lessons at the Forum that year. We were both at the Celtic Woman 20th Anniversary DVD recording as well.

Yeah, I'm 95% sure it's an EP / album.

Kate Heneghan / Kate in Hurricane Highway
« on: January 25, 2026, 12:41:45 AM »
Kate was in an Irish country group called Hurricane Highway from approximately 2016 - 2019.

Here's the music the group released during that time. She was probably performing in most or all of it.

Singles:

If It Gets You Where You Wanna Go (2016)
Already Callin' You Mine (2016)
Make You Mine (2017)
I Learned From You (2018)
Dancing on the Ceiling (2019)

Albums:

Exposed (2017)

She's in some of their music videos too:

This has been probably been mentioned before but Caitriona knew a few of the ladies before joining CW. She also performed at Eabha's Celtic forum if I'm not mistaken

Correct!

At the Forum events, she was a performer along with: Éabha, Megan, Mairéad Carlin, Máiréad Nesbitt, Tara Howley, James Greenan, Glenn Murphy, Orla, Ronan, Susan ... I may have missed a few.

Before that, she got to meet the Postcards linup (Chloë, Tara McNeill, Muirgen, Megan) in 2022 in Killarney. I may have gotten her that Meet and Greet.  ;)

That's hilarious. Yeah, they've been doing this for a while for promo photos.

I guess it's cheaper to photoshop than buy and fit / re-fit a dress or have a photoshoot done sometimes. Especially when the linup is in so much flux leading up to a tour. They started doing this before generative AI was a thing, but hopefully it's still involving someone's artistic efforts.

Megan Ruby Walsh / Mo Chroí
« on: January 23, 2026, 09:02:51 PM »
Megan's new single Mo Chroí (which translates to "My Heart") releases on March 6th, 2026.

She performed it at Éabha's 2025 Celtic World Forum and it was well-received.

Kate Heneghan / Videos of Kate
« on: January 23, 2026, 08:56:25 PM »
I'm working my way through her YouTube channel:

My favourite so far is this one:

Kate Heneghan - Mayo Rose 2023, Interview & Performance
https://youtu.be/Qb54AGh7ZJU?si=QmKk1hjXIhWUURCQ&t

I love the whole thing because you get introduced to her personality and aura of joy.

She performers one of her own compositions on the harp at around 5:28 into the video:

My goodness, everything about that song sounds perfect! 💗

Kate Heneghan / How to pronounce her last name
« on: January 23, 2026, 08:40:41 PM »
Kate's last name is pronounced something like HEEna-hin (it could be more like a soft "a" or "e" than an "i" in the last syllable).

Here are a few examples of her name being pronounced so you can hear it.

She says her name at the very beginning of this one:
https://youtu.be/JkJfI9QaX4I?si=uUUsBVagWzEdPg6G

She says it around 14 seconds into this next one:
https://youtu.be/Qb54AGh7ZJU?si=QmKk1hjXIhWUURCQ&t=14

Her name is announced around 13 seconds into this video. I queued it up to that time in the link:
