I miss The Sky and the Dawn and the Sun, Spanish Lady, At the Ceili, and the David Downes arrangement of Mo Ghile Mear. But who knows if they’re allowed to use those? Maybe they are, since they used his arrangements for Christmas.
Oh, I hope!

I hope there will be some early Downes songs or arrangements, like the first version of Mo Ghile Mear. And I hope Mairéad will sing Scarlet Ribbons.

O'Toole has been working with CW since the 2020 tour. He's also done Postcards.

I honestly don't think CW is going to end because of a cancalled tour. Who knows why that is? Anyhow, even if they are not constantly as successful as they usually are, then that's still more than many others who are going strong. Perhaps they will take things slower — so many tours and albums close together aren't necessary for a band. That doesn't mean they'll break up or close down.

It's gorgeous! The full tracks are so much better than the previews! It really feels like new music from old CW.

I just thought of how Susan was not on the HfC album after months of touring with CW... it's good she has some Christmas songs NOW. But a pity with Hannah. I was excited to hear her.

Four songs! And previews! I'm delighted!
Edit: Now that I've listened to the previews... I love the voices. Great harmonies. In some ways it feels all a little cold/flat. I love I Saw Three Ships. All in all amazing, but I miss the CW warmth... but that was already lacking in the Murphy era. The new version of Silent Night is without doubt my favourite out of the more recent ones, although the ACC is best.

O Holy Night, The Toys' Waltz and Silent Night are what I can find so far. I fear it's only three songs, and only one new. Alas, I hope the filmed thingy will have more! But I am sure the songs will all be lovely.

I hope it's going to be long by EP standards – and I hope the feature will be full-lenghth! Perhaps the EP will be the additional songs that are not from TMoC, and the film will have a combination. Anyhow, it WILL be lovely!

In all fairness – they, the women, are beautiful. They wear lovely dresses. I like the colour scheme. But I think some of the official graphic design for CW is really, really bad. And these are, too. They should stop photoshopping so much and use proper photos.

All regular sources say 1983, which makes her 39, which seems reasonable.
