Are these new recordings or is this just another "Greatest Hits" compilation of already recorded versions?

I sat and listened to the tracks. They are from other albums, nothing new.  I do know they have marked "I See Fire" as explicit probably due to the context of the song.

They pretty much covered all the major non-seasonal albums.

A page so nice they printed it twice? Or maybe they just did a bit too much celebrating at the printing press?
